Our 2 bedroom/1 bath condo in the lovely gated community of Truman Annex provides the perfect way to experience Key West — like a local. It sits on a quiet lane away from the bustle, yet everything is in walking distance. There is an assigned parking space, but a car is not neccessary at this location — it is central to everything.
Two bedrooms can accomodate 2 to 4 people (1 Queen, 2 Twin beds, and a pullout in the livingroom). As our personal vacation home, it is maintained and equipped to make your stay comfortable.
A table, chairs and gas grill make the back porch a perfect place for breakfast, dinner or just enjoying "island time". The pool is just steps away from the back gate.
In Hemingway's footsteps...
exploring Old Town and Duval Street, you can feel the carribean charm that has attracted so many interesting characters to this unique island. The treelined streets with their victorian homes have not changed much since Hemingway lived here. The museums tell stories of seafaring and treasure. Stroll along the waterfront at the Historic Seaport and congregate at Mallory Square to celebrate the sunset. Don't miss this nightly spectacle!
Something for everyone...
Key West is a 2 x 4 mile island surrounded by beautiful beaches and clear water. There is plenty of sealife to observe above and below the water. Many exciting excursions take you to the Reef, the Mangroves and surrounding islands. A daytrip to the Dry Tortugas is especially memorable. The fishing is first rate. Many restaurants will cook your catch for you. But even if you don't catch your own dinner, the food is fabulous. I'll be happy to tell you about our favorite places!
Getting there is half the fun...
Whether you arrive by airplane, drive down the scenic Overseas Highway from the mainland, or arrive by ferry from Ft. Myers, Key West welcomes you with its relaxing atmosphere. We hope that you will find this island as irresistable as we do, and that it will become one of your favorite vacation spots.

- A $250 security deposit is required
- You must be 25 to rent this property, families are welcome.
- This is a nonsmoking unit. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.
